Few words that tell of targeted and extremely aware choices that lead us to prefer products and producers like us closely linked to Tuscany, its flavors, aromas and its deepest traditions.

We purchase raw materials from certified producers, at Km0, from Slowfood Presidium and organic farming because we are sure that the quality of the food is the first and decisive step to bring dishes of great gastronomic value to the table of our guests.

We cook inspired by ancient traditional recipes handed down to us both directly from our families or taken from authoritative gastronomes such as Paolo Petroni, president of the Academy of Cuisine, and publications by personalities such as Beniamino Artusi or Giulio Piccini in their essays on cooking.

Modern cooking techniques and contemporary presentations help to make that tradition current and ours that, despite everything, will excite your palates and warm up your hearts at the moment of tasting


We are located halfway between the historic Florentine districts of “Campo di Marte” and “Le Cure”, a few steps from the large pine that gives its name to the railway bridge, also known in the past as a duty for goods entering the city; a few minutes walk from the Artemio Franchi stadium and the Campo di Marte train station.

Inside the restaurant, divided into two rooms, you will find a simple and informal setting, set with care where there is, and always will be, kindness, courtesy, warmth and a certain light-hearted irony typical of the Florentine tradition.

We are a classic neighborhood tavern ideal for relaxing lunches and dinners, where you will find the taste of ingredients and culinary preparations inextricably linked to the culinary traditions of our beloved Florence and all of Tuscany
