The territorial choice applied to the menu leads us to follow the same philosophy in the selection of the wine list.
We collaborate on a regular basis only with Tuscan producers who are particularly attentive to the entire supply chain, from the vineyard to the bottle and produce their wines in respect of the territory and its biodiversity.
Our passion knows no bounds and even in the field of wine we are constantly looking for products and producers who share with us all their passion for our region.
We have therefore selected more than 80 labels, organic and not, which are an interesting and unusual mix of indigeous and international grapes that, thanks to their variety, perfectly match the whole range of dishes offered in every season.
A section dedicated to wine-growing areas outside of Tuscany which were the protagonists of our special events entitled “Italy Enogastronomica” will soon be added.
